R Business PArtner (consumer electronics)
You will be a key HRBP supporting operations in South East Asia for a well-known Asian consumer electronics company. We expect you to help this company setup strong HR strategy and operations to boost business results. You will work closely with non-Thai HRBP directors.
- Work closely with HRBP directors to drive HR activities in South East Asia including talent management and change management.
- Recommend suitable HR policies to meet organizational needs and ensure that HR policies comply with local laws.
- Support business leaders to leverage the business and optimize employee engagement.
- Collaborate with shared service HR teams and employee relations team to tackle HR issues.
- Collaborate with regional HR center of excellence to ensure optimum level of employee experiences.
What we need:
- Thai nationality, ages between 27-35 years old.
- Academic background in HR or business management
- At least 5 years of experiences in HR functions (BP exp. is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Able to take business trips within Asian countries
Nice to have (optional):
- Understand basic Mandarin
- Can take MRT/BTS to work
